Cancellation & Refund Policy This policy explains the terms for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds on the “Mashjarati” platform. We want your rights to be clear both before and after payment. 1. Service Delivery Time Your subscription is activated immediately after payment is completed, or within a maximum of 24 hours. The service is digital and becomes available as soon as it is activated. 2. Cancelling a Subscription You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings inside the app. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed thereafter. 3. Refunds - Because the service is digital and activated immediately upon payment, amounts paid are non-refundable once you have started using the service. - If a technical issue prevented you from using the service and was not resolved within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. - In cases of duplicate charges or payment errors, the amount is refunded in full. 4. How to Request a Refund Send your request to info@moshjrty.com or via the “Contact” page, including the transaction number, payment date and the reason. We will respond within 72 hours. 5. Refund Processing Time Once approved, the amount is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days; the exact timing may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. 6.
